If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable to that location.


2. Shipping Origin

Orders are shipped from the following locations, depending on destination:

  • United Kingdom & International Orders:
    Shipped from the United Kingdom

  • India Orders:
    Shipped locally within India from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, via domestic courier partners


3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted, tracked delivery services, including:

  • Royal Mail (UK & International Tracked)

  • Reputed domestic courier services for India

All physical orders are shipped with tracking wherever available.

United Kingdom

  • Free UK Shipping on all orders

International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Product type

  • Shipping class (weight & size)

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment.

Europe

India (Domestic)

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays

  • Customised or spiritually activated products may require additional processing time


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by authorities

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Parcels marked as delivered by the courier

Re-shipping costs will apply if an order is returned due to address issues.

10. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Strikes, natural events, or force majeure


11. Lost or Missing Parcels

If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact the courier first using the tracking details

  • If unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible

We are not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the courier.
