Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products purchased from AstroVastu Limited, including offerings under Manushaa Gems.


1. Service Bookings (Consultations & Digital Services)

Non-Refundable Services

All numerology, Vastu, and spiritual consultation services are non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.
This includes:

  • Phone or video consultations

  • In-person consultations

  • Digital reports or personalised guidance

Due to the personalised and time-reserved nature of these services, refunds are not permitted once a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel a confirmed consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • A cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will apply.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments are non-refundable.

2. Physical Products (Crystals, Yantras, Jewellery & Accessories)

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • If an order is placed incorrectly, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • We will attempt to amend or cancel the order only if it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

After Dispatch

  • No cancellations or refunds are accepted once an order has been dispatched.

  • This applies to both UK and international orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, spiritual, and personalisation considerations, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect on arrival:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Spiritual or energetically activated products

  • Crystals, gemstones, Rudraksha, malas, bracelets, rings, pendants

  • Opened, worn, used, or altered items

  • Sale or discounted items


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Where verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (at our discretion)

Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.


4. Refund Amount & Deductions (Where Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Transaction fees

  • Shipping costs

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Handling charges

…will be deducted from the refundable amount, unless the error was entirely ours.


5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on:

  • Payment method

  • Bank or payment provider processing times

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.


6. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Personal details

  • Consultation information

  • Shipping addresses

…are accurate at the time of booking or purchase.

❌ Refunds will not be issued for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.


7. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery times are estimates only.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Events beyond our control

All services and products are offered as spiritual tools and guidance only.

  • Results may vary from person to person

  • No outcome is guaranteed

  • Products and services are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial advice
