What counts as a brief question?

A brief question concerns one clear topic and can normally be reviewed and answered within approximately ten minutes. If a question requires fresh calculations, a detailed chart review, several connected issues or an extended conversation, Chetan may recommend using an included call or booking an additional consultation.

What is not included?

Membership is continuing guidance built on the consultation you have already completed. Neither plan includes:

  • Unlimited or on-demand telephone calls
  • Emergency or 24-hour support
  • New comprehensive written reports
  • Full name-correction calculations
  • New business-name analysis
  • Full relationship compatibility readings
  • Detailed readings for partners, children or other family members
  • Medical diagnosis or treatment
  • Psychological therapy or crisis support
  • Legal advice
  • Regulated financial or investment advice
  • Guaranteed personal, relationship, health, career or financial outcomes

Readings for additional people and any new detailed analysis require a separate consultation, which can be booked from the Numerology Services page.

How membership works

Join your selected annual membership through our secure checkout.

After purchasing your membership, complete the short membership form to confirm your previous consultation and order number.

Once your order and form have been confirmed, you will receive a welcome email containing your membership start date, WhatsApp guidance and your private booking link. Priority Mentorship members receive two links: one for the regular 30-minute monthly call and a separate one for the 45-minute annual direction-planning session.

Use your included calls and monthly questions during your 12-month membership.

Membership rules

  • Membership begins on the confirmed activation date and lasts for 12 months.
  • The service does not renew automatically. You may be invited to renew near the end of your term.
  • Calls must be booked in advance using the private booking link supplied in your welcome email, and are limited to their stated duration. Booking links are issued only after your order and membership form have been confirmed.
  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a call.
  • Monthly WhatsApp allowances reset each calendar month and do not carry forward.
  • The monthly call in the Priority Mentorship plan (£999) does not carry forward.
  • The six calls in the Annual Guidance plan (£699) can be used at any point during the membership year, subject to a maximum of one included call per calendar month.
  • Any unused benefits expire at the end of the 12-month term and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Benefits cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
  • WhatsApp questions are answered during working hours. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • Membership does not provide immediate or emergency responses.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join these memberships?
These memberships are primarily for clients who have already completed a full numerology consultation with Chetan B Salunke. This allows follow-up guidance to be based on an established understanding of your numbers, rather than starting from scratch each time.
Can a new client join?
A new client should normally complete a Core Reading or Full Chaldean Numerology Reading first, so there is a proper foundation to build on. You can choose a reading on the Numerology Services page and join a membership afterwards if ongoing guidance would help.
Does membership include unlimited calls?
No. Each plan includes a clearly defined number of scheduled calls and brief monthly WhatsApp questions. Additional 30-minute calls can be added at the member rate shown on each plan.
Can I ask questions about my partner or family members?
You may discuss how a situation affects you. However, a detailed reading or calculation for another person requires their information, appropriate consent and a separate consultation.
Do I receive a new written report after every call?
No. Membership calls provide continuing guidance based on your existing consultation. New comprehensive reports and detailed calculations are separate services.
How quickly will I receive a WhatsApp response?
The £699 plan provides a response within two working days. The £999 plan provides a response within one working day, Monday to Friday. These are response targets, not emergency-response services, and working days exclude UK bank holidays.
Can unused questions or calls be carried forward?
Monthly WhatsApp questions do not carry forward. Monthly calls in the £999 plan do not carry forward. The six £699 calls remain available during the membership year, with a maximum of one included call per calendar month.
Does the membership renew automatically?
No. This is a single payment for 12 months. You may be invited to renew near the end of your membership, but no automatic renewal is taken and no card details are stored by us for that purpose.
Can I cancel?
Yes. As a UK consumer you have a 14-day cancellation period from the day of purchase. If you cancel within that period before your membership has been activated, you receive a full refund. If you ask us to activate your membership within the 14 days and then cancel, you are refunded the price less a reasonable amount for any calls or questions already used. After the 14-day period the membership runs for its 12-month term and the remaining balance is not refundable, unless the service has not been delivered as described — in which case we will put it right, including a partial or full refund where appropriate.
