Our approach
Every reading is personalised — prepared individually from your birth details by Chetan B Salunke. Because of this, our refund policy reflects the rules for personalised services and bespoke digital content under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Before work begins
If you change your mind before we have started preparing your reading (and before any session has taken place), contact us and we will refund you in full.
Once work has begun
By booking, you ask us to begin promptly. Once your personalised chart or report has been prepared, or your live session has taken place, the work has been performed and we are unable to offer a refund for that work.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
Live sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, or if you do not attend, we offer one goodwill reschedule.
If something isn’t right
If you believe a service was not delivered as described, email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@chetanbsalunke.com and we will work with you to put it right — including a partial or full refund where appropriate.
How to contact us
Email hello@chetanbsalunke.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method within 14 days.
