About these terms
These terms apply to all numerology consultations and written readings purchased through chetanbsalunke.uk. Services are provided by ASTROVASTU LIMITED, London (“we”, “us”), delivered personally by Chetan B Salunke. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer personalised numerology services including written reports, Zoom consultations and premium packages, as described on each service page. Every reading is prepared individually from the birth details you provide.
Booking and payment
Bookings are paid in advance through our secure Shopify checkout (operated with our sister store, Manushaa Gems). Prices are shown in pounds sterling. After purchase you will receive an intake form; your booking is confirmed once we receive your completed form.
Your information
Readings depend on the accuracy of the details you supply (full birth name, daily-use name, date of birth). We cannot accept responsibility for inaccuracies in a reading caused by incorrect details.
Delivery
Written reports are delivered by email within the timeframe stated on the service page (typically 3–5 working days for reports, and 48–72 hours after a live session for post-session reports). Zoom links are arranged within 2–5 working days of booking, depending on the service.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a live session free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, we offer one goodwill reschedule; further missed appointments may be forfeited.
Important disclaimer
Numerology is spiritual and personal guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Any decisions you take following a reading remain entirely your own responsibility. Name correction guidance is energetic guidance only — we do not advise on legal name changes.
Intellectual property
Reports and materials we prepare for you are for your personal use and may not be resold or republished commercially.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a service is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
