Who we are
This website, chetanbsalunke.uk, is operated by ASTROVASTU LIMITED (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, based in London. We provide numerology consultations and personalised written readings. You can contact us at hello@chetanbsalunke.com.
The information we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone number, email address and message, used solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Numerology calculator: your name, date of birth and email address, used to prepare your reading summary and, with your consent, to send you related emails.
- Bookings and payments: consultations are processed through our secure Shopify checkout (operated with our sister store, Manushaa Gems). Payment card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers — we never see or store your card details.
- Analytics: we use Google tools and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How and why we use it
We use your information to deliver the services you purchase (including preparing your personalised reading), respond to enquiries, send emails you have opted in to receive, and improve the website. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are performance of a contract, consent (for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link), and legitimate interests (site security and analytics).
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers who make the website work: Shopify (checkout and order processing), Klaviyo (email), Google and Microsoft (analytics), and our hosting provider. Each acts as a data processor under their own security and privacy commitments. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for essential functionality and analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Reading intake details and reports are kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can refer back to your chart if you return. Email subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@chetanbsalunke.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
